environment_lib_class.get_atom(registry_row_id)

Read the central atom associated with a registry row.

Parameters:

registry_row_id (int) – Identifier of the descriptor registry row.

Returns:

ase.Atom or None – Central atom, or None if the registry or atom index is invalid.
