export_nebscape_native_format

soda_analyzer.export_nebscape_native_format(h5_source, path='native_nebscape_format')

Export recorded NEBScape results to a native-style analysis folder.

Parameters:

• h5_source (str or pathlib.Path or h5py.File) – SODA HDF5 filename or an already open file. Only files opened by this view are closed by its close() method.

• path (str or pathlib.Path, optional) – Destination folder for exported files. Default: 'native_nebscape_format'.

Returns:

dict – Export summary with destination paths and counts. This export is for analysis, not a native restart checkpoint.
