nebscape_lib_class.get_reaction_lineage_trace(reaction_id, include_band_lineage=True)

Trace structures, geometry pairs, and bands belonging to one reaction.

Parameters:

• reaction_id (int) – Reaction identifier; in structure queries, match its associated target context. None leaves the reaction unrestricted.

• include_band_lineage (bool, optional) – Include band endpoint ancestry in the reaction trace. Default: True.

Returns:

dict – Reaction provenance and linked records.
