get_population_memberships

ezga_lib_class.get_population_memberships(agent_id=None, generation=None, stage_index=None, view_kind=None, active=None, as_dict=False)

Return generation population memberships and view flags.

Parameters:

  • agent_id (int, optional) – EZGA agent identifier; None includes all agents in list queries. Default: None.

  • generation (int, optional) – Generation number to select; None leaves it unrestricted. Default: None.

  • stage_index (int, optional) – Stage index to select; None includes all stages. Default: None.

  • view_kind (int, optional) – Stored population-view code; None includes all views. Default: None.

  • active (bool or int, optional) – Stored active flag to match; None includes active and inactive rows. Default: None.

  • as_dict (bool, optional) – Return ordinary dictionaries instead of structured rows or record objects. Default: False.

Returns:

list of numpy.void or list of dict – Matching membership rows; structure coordinates are accessed separately with read_structure.

Notes

This query does not apply commit boundaries. To exclude later incomplete writes, filter the rows from get_committed_table_prefix() instead.
