nebscape_lib_class.get_geometry_pairs(reaction_id=None, mapping_id=None, pair_prepare_job_id=None)

Return geometry pairs matching the requested reaction, mapping, or job.

Parameters:

• reaction_id (int, optional) – Reaction identifier; in structure queries, match its associated target context. None leaves the reaction unrestricted. Default: None.

• mapping_id (int, optional) – Identifier of the atom mapping. Default: None.

• pair_prepare_job_id (int, optional) – Identifier of the geometry-pair preparation job. Default: None.

Returns:

list of nebscape_geometry_pair_class – Matching record views; an empty list if no matching records are available.
