soda_analyzer.repair_con_file(input_path, output_path=None, overwrite=False)

Write an ASE-readable copy of a SODA worker .con file.

Parameters:

  • input_path (str or pathlib.Path) – Source file to read.

  • output_path (str or pathlib.Path, optional) – Destination file. When optional and omitted, derive a filename beside the input using the conversion suffix. Default: None.

  • overwrite (bool, optional) – Allow replacement of existing destination files. Default: False.

Returns:

pathlib.Path – Written file path; the default suffix is .repaired.con for a .con input.
