summarize_nebscape_hpc_acceptance

soda_analyzer.summarize_nebscape_hpc_acceptance(run_root, *, log_source=None, expected_git_hash=None, min_nodes=2, require_neb_complete=True, require_workflow_log_completion=True, require_multiple_streaming_cycles=True)

Return a mechanical acceptance report for a NEBScape multi-node run.

Parameters:
  • run_root (str or pathlib.Path) – SODA run directory containing configuration, inputs, and any output logs.

  • log_source (str or pathlib.Path, optional) – Log file or run directory; None discovers logs from the SODA source. Default: None.

  • expected_git_hash (str, optional) – Expected SODA revision for provenance checks; None skips comparison. Default: None.

  • min_nodes (int, optional) – Minimum distinct node count required by the acceptance check. Default: 2.

  • require_neb_complete (bool, optional) – Require all selected NEB bands to have complete output. Default: True.

  • require_workflow_log_completion (bool, optional) – Require a workflow-completion marker in logs. Default: True.

  • require_multiple_streaming_cycles (bool, optional) – Require evidence of more than one result-streaming cycle. Default: True.

Returns:

dict – Contains accepted, blocking_reasons, workflow progress, log evidence, and requirements checked. Acceptance covers the requested mechanical checks, not scientific validation.

Notes

This helper is intentionally stricter than ordinary analyzer readers: it is meant for Stage-5 acceptance, where stale schemas and queue assertions should block acceptance rather than being silently treated as partial data.
