Calculate forward and reverse rates from this process summary.

Parameters:

T (float, optional) – Temperature in kelvin; nonpositive values give a zero rate. Default: 300.

Returns:

numpy.ndarray – Two rates in inverse seconds, ordered forward then reverse.
