soda_lib_class.read_statelist(proc_load, structure_load)

Load and cache all state views.

Parameters:

• proc_load (bool) – Populate process objects while loading states.

• structure_load (bool) – Construct ASE structure objects during loading rather than on a later request.

Returns:

None – Populates state_list in state-ID order.
