soda_analyzer.summarize_nebscape_minhop_rejections(h5_source, **kwargs)¶

Summarize the rejected MinHop result fraction in a NEBScape HDF5 source.

Parameters:

h5_source (str or pathlib.Path or h5py.File or nebscape_lib_class) – SODA HDF5 filename, open file, or existing NEBScape view. Borrowed handles and views remain open.
**kwargs (keyword arguments) – Forwarded to the corresponding standalone helper or workflow-view method; see its reference for available options.

Returns:

dict – Structured results and diagnostics; inspect reported issues before using converted settings or interpreting acceptance.
