soda_analyzer.summarize_descriptor_sampling_flags(h5_lib)

Return counts for descriptor sampling flags, including alias-blocked rows.

These flags restrict future sampling, not model membership. An alias-blocked row may remain in descriptor_clustering_members with a corrected group label. Sampleable population additionally excludes hard/soft-fixed and unlabelled rows; neither population is a remaining-search-quota count. Runtime alias distances are diagnostic, not the criterion establishing alias identity.

Parameters:

h5_lib (h5py.File) – Open SODA HDF5 file. Keep it open while using views derived from it.

Returns:

dict – Structured results and diagnostics; inspect reported issues before using converted settings or interpreting acceptance.
